Who I Help
I work with women who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in survival mode, or disconnected from themselves after difficult life experiences. Many of my clients are navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, burnout, major life transitions, low self-worth, or the emotional weight of constantly carrying everything for everyone else.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can heal, grow, and begin reconnecting with yourself again.

Therapy vs. Coaching
Therapy services are provided through DCT247 and may be covered by insurance for Ohio residents. Coaching services offered through Britt Marie Coaching are separate from therapy, are not mental health treatment, and are not covered by insurance.
